DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
A Gratuity fee is not included.
All passengers must be 18 years or older unless supervised by an adult.
BILLING POLICY
Billing begins when our vehicle is en route to pick you up and ends when the driver returns from your trip
(garage out/garage in).
Hourly Trips (Weekdays/Weekends):
Billed based on actual time with a minimum of 2 to 5 hours.
A credit card is required to make a reservation. All credit cards will be verified for the quoted price before the vehicle arrives. We accept all major credit cards.

RENTAL HIRE RATES & FEES POLICY
Rates include all taxes and fees, and are per vehicle.
All hourly rentals come with dedicated drivers and unlimited stops, miles, and minutes.
Hourly prices are available for rentals of 3 to 6 hours or more.
Service for less than 2 hours on weekdays or less than 3 hours on weekends is available, but the minimum charge applies to 2 hours on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends.
A Gratuity fee is not included.

CAR SEAT POLICY
Availability:
Myuryde offers car seats for children upon request. Each car seat is available for $25 per car seat, per ride.
Request Process:
Clients must request car seats during booking or at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Client-Owned Car Seats:
Clients are encouraged to use their own car seats for their children if preferred. Clients are responsible for properly securing car seats in the vehicle, whether provided by us or their own.
Safety Guidelines:
All car seats provided comply with relevant safety standards and guidelines.
Our staff will not assist or secure the car seats in the vehicle. It is the client's responsibility to ensure children are safely fastened and seated.
Liability:
Myuryde assumes no responsibility for the improper installation or use of car seats, whether provided by the company or owned by the client.

UNUSUAL CLEANING POLICY
If, during or after the transportation service, MyUryde needs to spend extra time and materials cleaning the vehicle due to the actions of the client, an additional fee may be charged to cover these expenses. In the event that a passenger gets sick in the vehicle, a $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please note: At the time of reservation, a refundable $300 incidental fee will be charged. If the vehicle is returned clean, this fee will be refunded. If cleaning is required, the $300 will go towards the $500 cleaning fee.

DAMAGE POLICY
Transportation services may be terminated without a refund at any time during the trip if the chauffeur deems it necessary.
Causes for termination include, but are not limited to:
Inappropriate behavior
Lewdness
Unsafe or disorderly conduct
Illegal drug use
Abuse of the chauffeur
Damage to the vehicle or its contents

DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY
No passenger under 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages inside any vehicle.
No smoking is allowed in any of the contracted limousines.
Narcotics or controlled substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS POLICY
MyUryde reserves the right to refuse transportation to clients under the influence or who may become objectionable to other passengers or pose a threat to the chauffeur.
If a passenger becomes combative or abusive toward the driver or other passengers, the chauffeur has the right to refuse service to the offending passenger and ask them to exit the vehicle.
Law enforcement may be called if needed.

LOST ITEMS POLICY
Responsibility:
The limousine service is not responsible for any items left behind by clients after their ride.
Reporting Lost Items:
If an item is found, we will contact the client directly using the provided contact information and give them the details of the item(s) found.
Claiming Items:
Clients must accurately describe the lost item(s) to verify ownership before claiming them.
Storage and Retention:
Found items are securely stored for up to 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items are donated, discarded, or handled according to local regulations.
Perishable or Hazardous Items:
Perishable and hazardous items will be promptly disposed of for safety and health compliance.

MISCELLANEOUS & SPECIAL EVENTS POLICY
Rates for special events are fixed and non-negotiable.
The minimum time and charge is 8 hours.
The special event rate is 60% above standard rates.
SPECIAL SERVICE RATES POLICY
Conditions, terms, and rates are subject to change without prior notification.
Special rates, extended minimums, and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days (e.g., Prom, F1, New Year, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day).
Tolls and parking charges are additional.
Wait time is calculated in 30-minute increments.
Gratuity fees are not included.

VIDEO RECORDING
For your safety, our driver's safety and insurance requirements, all rides are recorded. The cameras cannot be turned off.

OVERAGES & WAIT TIMES POLICY

Additional Wait Time: Incurred if the client delays the start of the service beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
After Hours:
Applied to services that occur outside standard operating hours.
Overtime:
For trips that extend beyond the agreed booking period.
Fuel Surcharge:
Based on fluctuating fuel prices or extended distances.
No Show:
When the client fails to appear or cancels without adequate notice.
Payment Terms:
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
If not paid within 3 days, a 20% late fee will be charged.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding fees or charges should be reported to MyUryde promptly within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Invoice Adjustment:
Adjustments to charges will be considered only if inaccuracies are identified and confirmed by both parties.

CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS POLICY
Interference:
Clients must not interfere with the chauffeur while they are performing their duties, including but not limited to distracting conversation, loud music, or other disruptive behaviors.
Tampering:
Clients are prohibited from tampering with or using any apparatus or appliances in the vehicle without permission. This includes electronic equipment, safety features, and other onboard systems.
Seat-belt Compliance:
All passengers are required to wear seat belts during the journey for safety and compliance with local regulations.
Substance Use:
Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited for underage clients. Controlled substances are not allowed in the vehicle.
Respectful Behavior:
Passengers should conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the chauffeur and other passengers. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
Property Care:
Clients should handle the vehicle and its amenities with care. Any damage resulting from negligent or inappropriate behavior will be charged to the client.

AIRPORT PICK-UP / AIRPORT DROP-OFF POLICY
Luxury Sedans:
Passenger capacity is 3 people.
Premium SUVs:
Passenger capacity is 6 people.
Sprinter Vans:
Passenger capacity is up to 10-14 people and available per request.
Mini Coaches or Coach Buses:
Capacity is limited and available per request.
Curbside Pick-Up:
After arriving at the airport, call or text us, and a driver will be there to pick you up in minutes.
Meet-and-Greet Service:
Our driver will meet you inside the airport with a sign and assist with your luggage.
This service carries an additional fee of $55, LAX and $13 SBAirport, with parking fees included.

ARRIVAL TIME POLICY
The time of arrival at the starting point, stop-over point, destination, or return to the point of origin cannot be guaranteed.
Chauffeurs are instructed to always travel within speed limits to ensure safe operation.
Road, traffic, and weather conditions are beyond Myuryde's control, and no refunds will be given for late arrivals due to these conditions or other circumstances beyond their control.

SEATING CAPACITY POLICY
Adherence to Capacity Limits:
Myuryde strictly adheres to the seating capacity limits of each vehicle type to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maximum Passengers:
The maximum number of passengers allowed varies per vehicle model. Clients will be informed of the specific limit during booking.
For the safety of all passengers, exceeding this limit is not permitted.
Seating Arrangements:
Passengers must remain seated in designated seats throughout the journey, ensuring that everyone is securely fastened with available seat belts.
Additional Requests:
Requests for extra seating or modifications beyond the listed capacity cannot be accommodated.
Liability and Compliance:
Myuryde is not liable for incidents resulting from clients disregarding seating capacity policies or engaging in behavior that violates local transportation regulations.

SMOKING POLICY
Strict Prohibition:
Smoking of any type (pipe, cigarette, cigar, etc.) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles at all times.

TRIP UPDATES & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations Within 48 to 24 Hours:
If you cancel for any reason within 48 hours but outside 24 hours of your reservation, MyUryde will charge the credit card on file a $200.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, MyUryde will charge the credit card provided at the time of the original reservation the full amount of the booking.
Proms:
Proms require a $250.00 per vehicle non-refundable deposit. A contract will be sent upon receipt of the deposit, and it must be completed, signed, and returned to MyUryde before the event date.

NO SHOW CHARGES POLICY
Immediate Notification Required:
If the client cancels for any reason, they should immediately contact MyUryde.
"No show" charges will apply if the client fails to call and notify of a cancellation.
Minimum 24-Hour Notice:
A cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations will incur charges at the minimum hourly rate specific to each vehicle type.
Confirmation Requirement:
Clients are responsible for obtaining a cancellation confirmation when cancelling within the required time frame to avoid additional charges.
