I called the San Ysidro Ranch hotel in Montecito, CA and spoke with Lisa and inquired about having a personal tour guide to show my girlfriend and her daughter beautiful Santa Barbara. Lisa assured my that she was going to work on my simple request and call me back. I called twice on two consecutive days and Lisa never called me back! I hope Ty Warner will be made aware of the service that his five star hotel gives. At least there in the El Encanto hotel , Ritz Carlton and Rick Caruso’s, new hotel in Santa Barbara. I was fortunate to to find on line Myuryde personal limo service with a dedicate private tour guide of Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. Azat , the owner and I crafted a detailed and personal tour of Santa Barbara with one of Azat’s tour guide and Chauffeur Chris and truly delivered impeccable service for my girlfriend and her daughter!
